Mixing ratio :

5°to15°  choice 2:1 Ratio 

2K solid color;  1000 grams 

AG1000 fast hardener 500 grames;

 AG601 fast Thinner 100-250 grams

15°to25°  Choice 2:1 Ratio

2k solid color  1000grams; 

AG1000 Normal hardener 500 grams ;

AG601  Normal Thinner 100-500 grams

25° to35°   Choice 2:1 Ratio

2k solid color  1000 grams ;

AG1000 Normal  Hardener  500 grams;

AG601  Solid Slow Thinner 100-250 grams

35°to40°   Choice 2:1 Ratio

2k solid color 1000 grams;

AG1000  Slow  Hardener 500 grams;

AG601 Slow Thinner 100-250 grams 

Viscosity  :  17-22 Seconds DIN.4 hours at 20°

Using Time:  After mixing, must be used within 4 hours at 20°

Spray Surfe:  Wet to wet 2-3 surfe, every sufre must be apart 5-10 minutes at 20°

Spray Gun &Pressure :

Gravity gun tip size 1.2-1.5mm  3-5kg/cm²

Suction gun tip size 1.4-1.7mm 3-5kg/cm²

Drying Time :   

20°(natural dry)  No Dust(45-minutes)  Touchable (2-3 hours)  Complete Hardener Up Time(7day)

60°(compulsory dry) No Dust(5-minutes) Touchabei (15 hours)  Complete Hardener Up Time(120 minutes)

Pot Life     :   Fully close can be stored over 2years at 20°

Remarks    :   when temperature is over 35°shouldadd some AG502 retarder which can decrease the volatile time
